He set up a personalized training program for me and introduced me to many new exercises in the gym, as well as equipment that I had never used before, as I wasn’t in the habit of going to the gym. The goals for me, personally, were to maintain and/or improve bone health, due to early onset osteoporosis. Following Dr. Cronk’s ‘bone loading’ exercises which included specific weight training and a personalized jumping regime, I improved my bone health in the first 12 months and have maintained my bone health as referenced on my annual dexascan.
